Fantastic Stay... recommend

We have just come back from a 5 day stay at this lovely house. We were a family group from England of 11 consisting of 2 grandparents and 2 families with 5 children ranging in age from 1 - 12 yrs and were in the area for a family wedding in a nearby village. The accommodation worked well for us - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and spacious areas in the living areas downstairs. This house was an ideal location for us all to be together.We were fortunate to have fantastic weather so the swimming pool was greatly used.The village of Chatenois is pretty with restaurants, boulangeries and a mini supermarket. It is a 15 minute walk from the house. Otherwise Selestat, 10 minutes in the car, has big supermarkets.We would definitely come again.

Alls o.k., sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Wir waren als 8köpfige Familie (5 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) da und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Chatenois. Das Haus war wirklich groß, alle hatten ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Bei super Wetter wurde der warme Pool nach unseren täglichen Ausflügen genutzt. Eine Beanstandung im Bad wurde umgehend am nächsten Vormittag behoben. Die in unseren Garten ausgebüxten Schafe genossen das frische Gras und trugen zuerst zur Belustigung bei, wurden jedoch nach unserem Hinweis umgehend von Vermieter-Familie in ein benachbartes Gehege verbracht. Auch unser Besuch mit kleiner Führung auf ihrem Hof war ein sehr nettes Highlight.Wir waren zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Entspannung pur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Trotz schlechtem Wetter fühlte man sich im Haus sehr wohl. Die Umgebung ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu all den schönen Orten und Weingütern. Die Familie Walter war stets hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für alles!!

Tolles Haus für die ganze Familie

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Chatenois. Das Haus bietet Platz für alle und es sind ausreichen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Der Pool hat optimale Wassertemperatur und ist super erfrischend. Da das Haus für bis zu 14 Personen ist, sind 4 Liegen am Pool leider viel zu wenig. Dennoch ein tolles Haus mit guter Anbindung zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung.

Nous avons loué le gîte un week end pour se retrouver en famille, nous étions 14 dont 6 enfants. Le gîte est spacieux, fonctionnel, propre. Accueillant pour les enfants (piscine, jeux, livres,..) et très agréable pour les adultes.Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Stort hus nära till mycket

Värdinnan väldigt trevlig och kontakten var bra. Huset var stort och rymligt men det va väldigt smutsigt. Under sängar, i hörn var det stora dammråttor och spindelnät. Poolen var svart runt kanterna och smutsigt på botten. Vattnet luktade konstigt men ingen blev sjuk av det iallafall. Vi hittade mögel i kaffebryggaren och vi behövde skura grillen innan vi kunde använda den. Många getingar i trädgården men här kom mannen och försökte spraya bort dem.

Das Anmieten war problemlos, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr gut. Als Wandergruppe mit 12 Personen haben wir besonders den schönen großen Pool genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus

Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und sehr großzügig. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort und konnten so den Vorzug von 3 Bädern genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und beantworten einem alle Fragen! Die Begrüßung und die Schlüsselübergabe waren völlig unkompliziert, ebenso der vorherige Email-Austausch. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht (Straßburg, Colmar, ...), haben aber auch den Pool genossen.

Superbe maison très bien située en Alsace

Grande maison avec bcp de possibilité de couchage, 3 salles d’eau très pratique. Pièces à vivre très grande et agréable. Grand jardin sécurisé et bien entretenu. Accueil chaleureux de la bâilleuse et très réactive à nos demandes. Nous recommandons vivement pour des vacances à plusieurs familles!
