Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip used bedding and leave in pile in each individual room
Pile used towels in bathtub
All garbage (clear bags), recycling (blue bags), and food waste (paper bags/green bin) must be removed from unit and placed in the corresponding bin at the back of the property
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There are people staying below you. Please refrain from making loud noises, bangs, jumping and keep tv volume at a minimum in their consideration.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside or on the front stairs at any time. Smoking allowed 20 ft. from door. Do not litter your butts outside.
Absolutely no charging or electric vehicles whatsoever without explicit consent to do so. Additional charges and fines will be placed.

The property was exactly what we were looking for in Dartmouth. It was very close to the bridge to the downtown waterfront in Halifax and close to relatives we were visiting. Uber was 1 to 2 minutes away and much easier than dealing with parking and construction in Halifax. We stayed on the main floor with parking in the back. There was a suite above and below us but noise was never an issue. The kitchen and linen closet were well stocked with what we needed and the washer and dryer was nice to have in our two bedroom suite. We had no reason at all to have to contact our host during our 6 night stay.

Our family of four had a really nice 3 night stay in June. The apartment was spacious and full of character. As an added bonus you can see the water from the living room! The beds were comfortable and there was a nice long sofa for stretching out. The location close to the ferry terminal in Dartmouth couldn't be beat. The only minor thing I would mention is that when guests are staying on the top floor the sound of footsteps (or baby crying as in our case) was clearly audible but that situation is the luck of the draw. Otherwise, everything was just as we'd hoped for.

This property was very clean and equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. The attention to detail and the extras provided were so thoughtful. There were umbrellas, extra pillows, bedding, and blankets and a treat basket upon our arrival. The coastal vibe theme of the property was lovely. The off street parking was very handy. I would highly recommend this property!

We were pleasantly surprised at this apartment, It was very clean, well appointed and close to everything...restaurants, grocery stores, Halifax Harbourfront. It was beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen was very cozy and provided all that was needed for morning coffee/tea and preparing meals, if necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice place. Way cheaper than comparable places in Halifax. All the amenities ( well, ok. Recycling bins in the kitchen would been nice, as well as an explanation off what good on what bin on the back yard. No paper bin?!.Enjoyed our stay.
