Step onto the sun-drenched balcony to soak up waterfront vistas with your morning brew or a glass of wine at sunset. For a more tranquil escape, a bistro table in the sheltered backyard provides an ideal spot to unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, complemented by a dining area with a four-person table and two additional stools at the breakfast bar for relaxed dining.

On the top floor, the main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and boasts stunning water views. The second bedroom includes two single beds and is a cosier atmosphere. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, fresh towels, and shampoo, shower gel, & conditioner.

On any given day, you’ll find Julie in the office, managing administration and overseeing that guests have a memorable trip. Jason is the photographer and maintenance hero. Their operations manager, Emma, corresponds with guests and organises the housekeeping teams.

Locally, you can enjoy the beautiful Waterworks Reserve, just down the road from your stay. This tranquil bushland retreat has many beautiful walks, an abundance of wildlife, and free BBQs dotted all over the reserve. Fantastic for bird spotting, jogging, and letting the kids run off some energy.

You can also meander to South Hobart, nestled at the foot of kunanyi/Mount Wellington, offering natural beauty and historic charm. Visitors can explore the scenic walking trails (check out the rivulet walk), visit the iconic Cascade Brewery, or wander through quaint streets lined with heritage cottages and vibrant local cafés. Gingerbrown Cafe is a standout.

Also nearby is Sandy Bay, boasting picturesque river views, leafy streets, and a relaxed coastal vibe.
