Scarborough Estate - Luxury Barn Farm Stay

Welcome to Scarborough Estate:

*A boutique equestrian property in the Gold Coast Hinterland.

* 10 minutes from the Theme Parks and 25 minutes from Surfers Paradise.

* Meet our friendly farm animals - horses, pygmy goats, chickens, geese, blue and white peacocks - and keep an eye out for the wild deer that roam the property at dusk.

* Collect fresh eggs for your morning omelette; explore the adjoining national park trails; and toast marshmallows under a canopy of stars by the outdoor fire pit.

The space

You will have exclusive use of the Barn, including deck and fire pit area, during your stay.

The Barn is located on a 7.5 acre property in a quiet cul de sac. Maudsland Village is just 5 minutes away and there you will find the Coomera Lodge Hotel, George's Pizzeria, Terrarium Cafe, Seven Eleven; a post office, bottle shop and convenience store. Coles is just 7 minutes away in Pacific Pines.

The Barn is best suited for up to 6 guests, but can accommodate up to 8 with the addition of a queen sofa bed in the master bedroom.

Hotel quality linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

There is excellent WiFi, air-conditioning and smart TV's in both bedrooms. Being open to the Barn, the main living/dining area is not air-conditioned.

Well behaved pets can be accommodated in a stable within the Barn.

Your hosts live onsite in the main house, which is approximately 100m from the Barn, and are happy to assist with anything you may need during your stay.

If you would like to participate in animal feeding and egg collection, please let us know and we will arrange this. Please do not enter animal enclosures unaccompanied as some of our animals can be overly friendly!

Please note, this is a working farm... the smells are real, the sounds are real, the mosquitos are real!

Please enjoy exploring the property:

-take a stroll around the dam;
-kick a ball on the sand arena;
-shoot some hoops on the basketball pad;
-feed some scraps to the chooks;
-collect wood for your firepit;
-explore the trails in the adjoining national park.

The only areas not accessible to barn guests are the main house and pool area.
