Enjoy spectacular ocean views from our large wrap-around deck with outdoor dining space and BBQ. Enjoy the warm waters of Scotch Cove with our private wharf, deep water mooring, swim float, kayaks, canoe and paddleboards!
This space has three bedrooms and one bathroom with a laundry room, spacious living room, downstairs games room, and newly renovated kitchen equipped with all the amenities you could need. Enjoy our gorgeous outdoor spaces including a wrap-around deck with outdoor grill and dining table, spacious and shaded back yard, sunny front yard, and private wharf access.
Guests have access to all toys, games, and sporting equipment in the house including a screen with projector that easily hooks up to your iphone or computer so you can watch movies and shows with your streaming services. The home has speedy wi-fi and one bedroom is equipped with a desk for those that need a private workspace. The available wharf is labelled with a sign reading "21 & 9 Scotch Cove Wharf.” There are also 5 stand up paddleboards, 3 kayaks, 1 canoe, and a floating swim dock for your use!
Across the road, you'll find the "Rails to Trails" hiking and biking trail which can also be used for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in winter!
