🏔️🏡 Escape to this bright 3-bed adventure getaway in North Vancouver. Just minutes from Grouse Mountain’s ski slopes, bike park, and endless hiking trails, and only 20 minutes to downtown. Relax after a day outdoors in your private 54-jet hot tub or gather around the fire table on the patio. The ground level suite features 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a large backyard. Quiet family-friendly neighborhood with private entrance and parking.

Master bedroom: Queen bed with direct backyard access, lots of natural light, and privacy.
Second bedroom: Queen bed with views of the property front, bright and airy.
Third bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests.
The living area features a comfortable lounge and a dining table for six.
The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, while the patio also includes a hot tub, dining area and BBQ for outdoor entertaining.
Guests can mark their home countries on the wall-mounted world map—a fun way to track travels.
🚗 Getting Around
Grouse Mountain is minutes away for year-round activities, from skiing and snowboarding to the bike park and hiking trails. Downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park are just 20 minutes away, giving you easy access to the best of the city and the mountains.
Guest access
🔑 Guests have full access to the entire ground-level suite, including all three bedrooms, the living area, fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Enjoy complete privacy with no shared amenities—the owners live upstairs.
🅿️ Parking – You get 1 driveway parking spot, plus plenty of street parking right in front of the house.
Other things to note
🕒 Early check-in / Late checkout requests - it can be accommodated based on the availability of our cleaning crew. A typical fee of $80 per request applies to adjust the schedule.
🏡 For longer-term stays, we’re happy to discuss options to make your stay comfortable.
🐾 Pets – We warmly welcome house-trained dogs to join you. Prior to booking, please reach out to us to discuss bringing your furry companion along on your stay. Upon approval, there's a $60 daily charge per pet.
👣 You may occasionally hear us stepping upstairs.
🐛 Like many homes in North Vancouver, you might notice the occasional silverfish or spider — a small reminder that you’re close to nature.
🔔 You might hear some light ticking in the walls — that’s just the furnace working to keep the place warm and cozy.
🔥 The interior fireplace is currently out of commission and must not be used.
