First Guest Bedroom (Main Floor): Features two comfortable twin beds and has access to a separate full bathroom.
Second Guest Bedroom/Loft (Upper Floor): Features two queen beds.
Living Room: A Queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping flexibility.

Pool Closure Notice: The pool is scheduled to be closed starting January 5, 2026, for approximately one month. The other two pools at the Beach Villas will remain open and available to guests. One is in front of the 2300 building, and the other is in front of the 2500 building.
Post-Storm Notice: Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to certain amenities may be limited during your stay.
Construction: While there is currently no ongoing work within the resort, we do not issue refunds for disruptions caused by unexpected maintenance or construction beyond our control.
