This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium resides in the very private community of Porto Vista, but you can still walk to the supermarket and some quick-food restaurants. Top-notch destinations such as Cape Harbour featuring waterfront dining, shopping, a Tiki Bar and a marina as well as Tarpon Point Marina with upscale dining options are really within easy reach. Porto Vista offers a range of amenities such as a sparkling pool, clubhouse, well-equipped fitness center and lush landscaping. The community is fully gated and Villa Porto Vista comes with a designated garage. Sorry, pets are not permitted.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a 30-night minimum stay!
