This waterfront villa-condo includes a private heated pool, free ferry, private dock, and 7 miles of secluded beach. Watch sunrises from the lanai, fish off the dock, or relax on the beach. No roads, no crowds—just peace, nature, and dolphins. Includes gated mainland parking and unlimited fast Wi-Fi.
Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, digital nomads, and nature lovers. Unplug-and-recharge!
7 day minimum, Saturday turnover.
The Island: 🚫 There are no cars, roads, shops, or restaurants on LGI, which is part of the charm. You’ll do your grocery run at the Publix just 0.5 miles from our mainland gate, then ferry across to paradise. Once you arrive, it’s flip-flops and beach walks from there. or contact the island grocery delivery service and have the unit stocked when you arrive.
Nature surrounds you: dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, ospreys, and more. The 7-mile stretch of pristine (non public) beach is never crowded, perfect for shelling, swimming, and long walks.

We book by the week, Saturday to Saturday, as Saturdays are our turnover day.
We provide; all linens, towels, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender, Brita water filter, etc.
DVD player, TVs and bluetooth speaker.
Note - Access to the loft (king/double twin) bedroom is by a fixed ladder. The loft has a stand up shower and 2 pc bathroom attached.
There are 2 full sized sofas in living room however the pullout sofa is "broken/bent".
