The owner answered and responded quickly to the issues we had, I’ll say that first. However, I did not see no AC my bad! I would suggest earplugs for the fan in the bedroom. We left the windows open and blinds drawn so you get a breeze. There is no outside patio or chairs, the yard is unpleasant to look at. They did bring 2 chairs to sit outside pretty quickly the first day! We stayed 4 nites, we saw a few ants by the door the 2nd day and by the 3rd day they were all over the kitchen! The owner did come to spray and vacuum all the dead ants so by the last nite they were gone. I would recommend a fence and outdoor seating area, they are in California. If they take care of a few things it would be ok spot.

“We’re glad you recognized our quick response during your stay. As noted in the listing, the home does not offer air conditioning. Although outdoor seating wasn’t listed as an amenity, two chairs were delivered on the first day. When the ants were reported, the area was promptly treated and cleaned. We appreciate your suggestions and are considering ways to improve the outdoor space for future guests.”
