We take great pride in our property. Please leave the premises in the condition you found it.
Please ensure the kitchen, including surfaces, all dishes, glassware and pots are cleaned and washed. The hosts will levy a $120 additional fee if this condition is not met.
Please remove any rubbish or personal items from the backyard area. Rubbish and recycling bins are conveniently located on the path to the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No vaping allowed. If property's left unreasonably dirty or if items are missing or stolen during the stay, the guest may be charged to remedy costs.

The Little Red Gate Retreat is a recently renovated building that served as a bakery in the early hostory of Kingston.

Kingston is really central to all regional attractions, Hobart, Dentrecasteaux channel, the beaches (Kingston & Blackmans Bay) with shopping and transport a walk away. All without the traffic congestion more prominent in other areas.

Walking distance away is the amazing Kingston Hub and plaground area with coffee shops, retail and 3 supermarkets! A number of Bus stops around the proprty provide quick access to Hobart.

What makes this property unique

Little Red Gate cottage provides an open modern space with a cosy fireplace, ample room and a secluded outdoor entertainment area with a firepot and BBQ. Yet its central and provides easy access to so much our region has to offer.
