Newly renovated townhome located on Lake Conroe with beautiful waterfront views of the lake and the Walden Marina. New to VRBO, this lakehome is minutes from Margaritaville. Enjoy boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and paddleboarding in your backyard. After a day of fun, enjoy cooking a nice meal in the new gourmet kitchen or enjoy a cool beverage out on the deck. Ducks, deer, and other wildlife to enjoy. Access to the Walden Yacht club, gym, and pool areas. Owner bulkhead allows you to tie your boat off right behind the home during your stay. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located downstairs. Master, family room, and kitchen is located upstairs. Come get away to the lake!

Beautiful home with great accommodations

We were in town for a wedding and stayed as a family with 6 adults. The house was very clean and check in was extremely easy. Communication was great as well. A very pleasant stay and will book again if we are ever back.

The property was beautiful and so clean. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings viewing the lake. The house had everything we needed for an amazing weekend!

Wonderful destination for family weekend!

This was an absolutely wonderful Lakehouse. Communication with the property owner was very responsive and very informative on things to do. The unit is meticulously decorated and has everything needed for wonderful family get together including use of paddleboard and kayak. Will definitely be going back since it is a great central meeting destination for family get together’s.

Beautiful Home and So Fun

We had such a wonderful girls spring break getaway at this beautiful home. Everything was SO organized and clean! Our girls (7-12) had a blast paddle boarding and enjoying the outdoors. We would definitely come back to this adorable lake townhouse!

Perfect Condo on Lake Conroe!

This condo is exactly as advertised on VRBO. We loved the layout, decor and location. The beds are super comfy and it included everything we needed from cooking in the beautiful kitchen to relaxing and watching TV or playing board games with the family. The owner was incredibly responsive - especially since we stayed during the worst snow storm in years! We had bad weather but the best place to stay. Do not hesitate to book this property! We plan to return soon and looking forward to enjoying the outdoors and sunshine!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our new years staycation at the beautifully decorated lake house! The house was immaculately clean, the kitchen was stocked with every convience needed for preparing everything from breakfast to grilling steaks! The patio was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee in the morning while watching ducks and the breeze in the evenings at sunset. We enjoyed fishing from steps away and caught several catfish! We loved watching the teenagers enjoy the kayaks too! The master king bed and downstairs queen bed are super comfy and the high quality linens made for a great nights sleep. From the 2.5 year old to the adults, every one of us enjoyed every moment, we absolutely cannot wait to make more memories in your gorgeous home.
