We loved the pool especially because we had 80s weather!The house was spacious and comfortable. It was centrally located so everything was close by. Flying into Vero Beach was so easy...no crowds and a great restaurant! Happy Palms Stays was very responsive to everything I asked about. All in all, a great vacation!

The listing was updated during our stay when we had numerous issues with the “heated solar pool” the pool manager entered through the front door and went out to the pool through sliding door, they left both doors unlocked. We came home to an unlocked home. Listing now doesn’t mention “heated solar pool” at all, we paid extra to stay at this home with the “heated solar pool” that doesn’t heat at all. Very disappointed in this home.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry for the issues you experience. The pool is solar heated and typically reaches 70°F depending on the weather. We've since removed "heated pool" from the listing to set clearer expectations going forward. We also apologize for the pool service visit and the doors being left unlocked and have addressed this with the vendor. We hope to welcome you back for a much better experience.

P The outside could use some cleaning, pool deck and screen framing is more green then white. Fence needs replaced 10 years ago, part of it came down during the hurricane. No paper towels in kitchen or bathroom. No dish towels or kitchen washcloth sorry about the stove too, we didnt ha e anything to clean it with. No dish soap, like dawn to do dishes . Ran out of kitchen garbage bags. We did move everything on the patio deck into the garage, we didnt get all of it back out, but there was no damage to it from the storm. I would absolutely recommend and come back to this property next time i come to Florida.Thank you for a wonderful stay!!! wash pots and pans etc.
