If you feel like a stroll by the water front and the neighborhood, explore the old port town, visit stadium events or want to visit the Emersons Brewery, you are in the close vicinity. You have easy access to both peninsulas via bypass roads and fast access to the inner city for food, markets, museums, music etc Please be advised, this place has to be cleaned by each guest before leaving, this is reflected in the pricing. The driveway to the property is on loose gravel and somewhat steep as some bumps. If you are unsure, park the car and walk up to the house first. 2 Cars max on propertydue to turning space.
