You will have the entire townhouse to yourself with a large sunny deck upstairs with a glimpse of the sea and a secluded shady courtyard below.

It’s 100m to a walkway to turn right and one block direct to the golden sands of Mount Maunganui beach. Turn left and it’s 3 min walk to the cafés, restaurants and boutique shops of Maunganui Road. A supermarket is 5 min walk in the opposite direction; you can simply leave the car at home!

Fully self-contained, two-level townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open plan airy living space, workstation and full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, cook top, fridge, toaster, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. A supply of tea, coffee and milk (if available) is provided along with the use of condiments, sauces, jams etc. There is a fully fitted laundry for your use.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private sunny balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and houses the workstation. The third downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom, an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the private courtyard. Bed linen bath and beach towels are provided.

Air conditioning heats or cools the living space as required and free unlimited Wi-Fi is available to support all your devices. The smart TV offers compliementary access to Netflix, Disney+ and Neon as well as TVNZ+ and all local freeview options. The garage is not available for parking however there is off-street parking for up to 3 cars in front of the garage and down the private driveway.

The living space is open plan with two sets of French doors making it warm sunny and airy opening directly to a large sundrenched balcony with alfresco dining.

There is a separate dedicated workstation space (with monitor).

Downstairs there is a private shady courtyard with comfortable seating ideal for that afternoon nap or read!

Also in the garage you will find a fully equipped beach trolley with beach chairs, umbrella and shade tent to roll down and enjoy a day at the beach.

This townhouse is eco-friendly where possible including eco cleaning and eco products provided.
