Christine was a perfect host. When we got there keypad was not accepting code and even though it was 9 PM she answered her phone and had us in the place within 2 minutes. It was great to see the pool maintenance man come while we were there and did his job while my nephews were still in the pool. The kitchen was so large and accommodating for our family to get together. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone. Our families only wish was they had a crockpot. We were lucky that we had family around the corner and were able to borrow theirs.

First, this property is using photo shopped pictures. When we arrived all the landscaping /plants were dead or dying in the front and back yards. Very depressing. This home is in a very sketchy gated community with no guard and the code to enter was not provided until we had to call 10 minutes before check in. The real nightmare though was the ant infestation in the kitchen and living room. When we contacted the guest contact with Evolve we were brushed off like it was normal to have ants ruin your food and beverages. Additionally there is no coffee maker or toaster??!!?? The pool was absolutely filthy. Dead bugs, hair, green film, UNUSABLE. I had to have my son get out of the water when I noticed dead bugs and other filth in his hair and on his swim suit. When we returned from the Orlando theme parks the home was EXTREMELY hot. The hvac system was not blowing cold air. It was actually cooler outside than it was inside. Again, we messaged the guest contact. Again, she minimized the problems and said she had no solution, “that’s how it is in Florida”. Because the air conditioning stopped working and the ant infestation, along with a pool that was too dirty to enjoy we were forced to leave the property a day early and check in to a hotel because this home is not suitable for rental.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly aim to provide a relaxing Florida getaway and would like to clarify a few points regarding your concerns. Recent frost damaged some landscaping, but we have since replaced the affected plants to restore the home's appearance. Regarding pests, a small number of ants appeared only after food was left out; our manager treated the exterior immediately and found no entry points. Our listing clearly states we provide an electric kettle and air fryer rather than a traditional coffee maker or toaster. The pool is professionally maintained, and as an outdoor feature, we provide a net for guests to clear occasional debris between services. Upon inspection, the HVAC system was cooling to 69°F, with no other reports of issues. We provide gated community access codes at check-in to ensure security, and our team remains committed to maintaining high standards for every stay. We’re sorry for any inconvenience these matters caused during your visit.
