The home is ideally positioned close to the Guilderton General Store and café, with the river, beach and local amenities within walking distance. It is a great base for a relaxing family holiday, a getaway with friends or simply a few days by the water.
The large balcony is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy Guilderton. Have your morning coffee overlooking the water, fire up the BBQ for dinner or settle in with a drink as the light changes over the river and ocean.
The balcony has newly installed Ziptrak outdoor blinds around the front and side, allowing you to make the most of the outdoor living area and BBQ in changing weather while still enjoying the outlook.
After a day swimming, kayaking, walking or exploring, come home to a comfortable space where you can relax and enjoy the view.

The home has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests:
• Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 – Bunk beds plus two single beds
• Full linen provided

The open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining and lounge, with a new TV for relaxing indoors.
For year-round comfort, there is reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the main living area and bunk-bed bedroom, plus fans in all bedrooms.
Classic polished Jarrah floorboards add to the character of the living areas and master bedroom, which also enjoys water views.
The well-equipped kitchen includes two fridges – one for everyday food and drinks and a second fridge providing additional space for beverages and anything else you want to keep cold. A filter coffee machine is provided for your morning coffee.
The separate laundry includes a washing machine and dryer, with outdoor space available for hanging clothes.
The bathroom arrangement is practical for larger groups: there is one main bathroom with toilet and shower, plus a separate shower and a separate second toilet.
There is also a fire pit at the rear of the property, subject to local fire restrictions. During cooler months, the wood-burning fireplace provides a cosy place to relax – BYO firewood.
Pets are welcome, although the property is not fully fenced.

Start by walking along the Guilderton boardwalk and enjoy our spectacular beaches.
Take a towel and have a dip in the Moore River or the Indian Ocean.
Practice kayaking canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting sea shells, building sand castles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.
Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean.
Hang out the rods for some serious beach or reef fishing or catch some Bream in the river
If you don't feel like cooking pop round to the Guilderton Country Club or the local Cafe / Restaurant down at the waterfront.
The newly established Moore River Brewing Co is also close by.
