We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the opportunity to vacation in this home. The location was one of the biggest highlights—it was close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, making it incredibly convenient for our family.We also appreciated that the home is pet-friendly. Being able to bring our fur baby along made our family vacation even more enjoyable. The property manager even introduce himself in passing, which was a thoughtful touch. He was very friendly and let us know he was available if we needed anything, including additional paper towels, toilet paper, or other essentials. That level of hospitality was appreciated.The only suggestion we would offer is that the home could benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. While it was clean enough for our stay and we were very comfortable during our visit, there were areas that appeared to need a little extra attention beyond the routine turnover cleaning. Addressing those details would make an already enjoyable property even better for future guests. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our stay, appreciated the hospitality, and would like to thank the owners and property management for sharing their home with our family.

Fabulous stay and great location

Perfect location for our 4th of July long weekend. Easy to get to Dewey and walk to the boardwalk. House was very comfortable and host was super responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We only had time for a long weekend and Billy's place was perfect. Very easy to find, had everything we needed, plenty of space for 4 of us, and close to everything. Loved the coffee/breakfast place a short walk away. We would stay there again.

Great location, only a few blocks from downtown Rehoboth and the beach. The house was very cute, pictures don’t do it justice. Back patio and outdoor shower was lovely!

We traveled to Rehoboth to enjoy some time at the beach while we were there for the Sports at the Beach tournament. Billy was an awesome host. Family friendly space, very clean and welcoming. We would stay here again for sure!

Our family had a great time at this condo! Bill took care of everything we needed for the house or questions, etc. You can't ask for a better location for a beach town. Super close to everything, even walking distance which is a plus!

Great place for a getaway

My friends and I had a great time. Billy was extremely friendly and informative whenever we needed him. Great space for a group to have as a home base. The neighbors were all so friendly as well.

The townhouse was perfect for my friends and I. Comfortable with some interesting decor. Close to both Rehoboth and Dewey. Realistically it’s walking distance to both. It was great!

Great get away location

Spent 4 days at Victoria Square. The townhouse was very well kept, furnished nicely, and clean. There was nothing we needed to enjoy our time there. Highly recommended.
