About this property

Rocky Ridge spacious and inviting 4 bedroom 2.5 bath condo

This is a large well kept condo with 2150 sf of space. It includes a master suite with den, 2 guest bedrooms, bonus room, living room with fireplace, dining room, family room and breakfast nook off the kitchen, 2.5 baths. Cable and Wifi are available for ease of communication while in the woods. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Rocky Ridge is a great location if you are going to Tahoe City. This house was comfortable for our family of 5 and two small dogs. The place itself is “well-loved” and owner items were throughout the place. Beds were ok in comfort with a pretty worn-in mattress in the master bedroom. Towels were nice. It was equipped with plates, glassware etc. The hot/cold in the shower was difficult to control sometimes scalding water would come out of nowhere. The house furnishings were dated, but serviceable. Laundry worked well. Tennis courts were great and play structure for kids. The grounds were well manicured. The advertised pool overlooking the bluff and lake wasn’t open, we were able to use the smaller pool and hot tub. We also utilized the private beach one day, which was nice. Having stayed at many places in this area, I would say the overall value was average.
