Cora Coastal Retreat—Boho Bliss by the Beach

This relaxed coastal retreat is set just across the road from one of the area’s most beloved stretches of sand — Chiton Beach. With sweeping views from Victor Harbor to Port Elliot and surf schools dotting the shoreline, it’s a magnet for families, wave-chasers and beach walkers alike.

Step through the pastel pink door and into a light-filled interior where coastal charm sets the mood. The open-plan living area is cosy and sun-drenched, with an oversized L-shaped sofa, smart TV, puzzles, books and boho styling throughout. It’s a beautiful spot to settle in after a day of salt and sunshine. To the right is the dining room styled with soft rattan, curated artwork and a six-seater table ideal for shared meals, with a split-system air conditioner that ensures comfort in every season. A bright and well-equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized fridge — everything you need to feel right at home.

Each bedroom comes with ample storage and fans for added comfort. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, full ensuite, walk-in robe and direct outdoor access. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is tailored for kids with a tri-bunk bed (double below, single above) and toys to keep them busy. The main bathroom is fresh and modern with a walk-in shower, while a separate laundry with a washing machine and supplies leads to an outdoor clothesline for sandy towels and swimsuits.

Out back, the garden offers privacy and plenty of room to roam. Enjoy long alfresco lunches, watch the kids play on the grass, or sip wine as the sky turns golden. On clear days, you’ll spot the shimmer of the ocean—a reminder that the beach is never far away.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
