Bright, cheerful, and made for family fun! This roomy 4-bedroom cottage offers all the comfort and charm of a beach vacation — just without the lakefront price tag. With plenty of space to spread out, an open-concept layout, and a backyard made for play and evenings by the fire, it’s the perfect spot for families or two families traveling together to relax and reconnect.

INSIDE:
Step inside and feel right at home. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room make it easy for everyone to gather — whether you’re cooking breakfast, playing games at the table, or watching a movie in the evening glow of the electric fireplace.

You’ll find four comfortable bedrooms, including one with a king bed, giving everyone their own space to rest and recharge. A second common area with lots of windows offers a peaceful view of the trees outside. A perfect reading nook or quiet hangout for the adults while the kids play.

OUTSIDE:
Out back, you’ll find the perfect setup for long summer days. The sandy backyard is great for little ones to dig and play, while the outdoor dining area with an umbrella offers shady space for lunch or dinner fresh off the propane BBQ.

As the sun sets, light up the outdoor firepit, roast marshmallows, and share stories under the stars.. the kind of simple summer moments your family will talk about all year long.

Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.

Note: All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) May have outdoor camera.
Max occupancy at all times is 8, violation will result in removal without refund.
