Check-in was a nightmare - it took over an hour going from one apartment block to the next in a shopping arcade trying to figure out which tower the unit was actually in. Not convenient at all. First impression of apartment was dull, dingy in need of a good scrubbing and paint job/maintenance. The massive cockroach in the bedroom, plus smaller ones inside the bathroom cabinet left alot to be desired. I was charged up front for multiple guests, and I am a solo traveller. Then the owner tried to charge me an additional fee since one of the concierges told him 3 people stayed. When I first arrived, two friends helped me in with my luggage - I grabbed my stuff for the beach and we all left. I returned, alone, at nearly midnight, which can be attested to by the night concierge Pedro. Had there been a refund available on this property, I would not have stayed. Plus, owner asked permission for a real estate person (?) to come in and measure the unit while I was staying there. Not common practice in the least - did not make me feel comfortable at all. Too far from the beach in my opinion - way more than a "6 min" walk that's for sure. Nearly forgot - only cold water shower, unless you fiddled with a gizmo on top of shower head - then you could get warm water at best. Good luck to anyone under 5ft10 reaching it and be prepared to get zapped!
