Cabin was cozy and comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. We stayed during a snow storm and the host managed to keep the driveway plowed, which we appreciated. Would recommend!

Cozy cabin getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! Rustic and charming but with all the modern amenities you need. The kids had a blast running around the property, playing in the treehouse and with all of the toys and books in the house. It was the perfect place for our family getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely lovely place

We had an absolute lovely stay and this cottage, it is truly a charming place. I stayed here with my husband and son and as well as another family with two children and there is plenty of space. I would definitely recommend it for a couple or for a family stay - it is really well equipped with everything. I absolut beautiful surroundings

Another fabulous stay!

Second summer staying here, and it is quickly becoming an annual tradition. Spacious, comfortable, serene, and just all around lovely. A wonderful place to get together with friends and take a break from it all. Will definitely be coming back.

Overall we had a good time, the place could use a good through cleaning, and the decor is very eclectic and a bit spooky, the land is amazing beautiful back yard lots of space for dogs and just enjoying the outdoors.

Fun summer getaway

We had a great stay here. The house and the property are beautiful and we felt right at home. It is closer to the road than we had realized, so we were a little nervous about letting our young dog off leash; that being said, we would definitely come back in a heartbeat for a cozy fall or winter weekend. Highly recommend!

A great property!

This was one of the most lovely home rentals we've ever done! The grounds are beautiful and the cabin so charming and cozy. There was a small hiccup to our stay in that the cleaning people didn't make it there before we arrive but Tim was very responsive. All in all a great stay and highly recommended, especially for families.

Loved it from the minute ...

Loved it from the minute we parked the cars next to it. We were there for skiing, and although it takes a bit to drive to the resorts, we found the quality and value of the accommodations to be well worth the extra time. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful house tucked in the Catskills

This place was absolutely beautiful. Overall a great experience of the Catskills mountains, I would highly recommend. We had a group of 5 and comfortably were able to enjoy the property. The pond and stream really made for a nice touch. Really just a nice get away, look no further !

Loved our stay!

My 4-year-old son and I were in heaven the 3 days we stayed: the property is so beautiful and there's so much to do outdoors. We spent hours by the water catching frogs and playing in the yard, which is beautifully landscaped. The house is filled with charming antiques and feels very special. I hope to come back very soon!

Christmas in the Catskills

We truly enjoyed staying at this rustic home. Very comfortable place to stay. We are a close knit family with great pride in our Czech heritage and all of the small touches of Czech culture in this home put a smile on our face. The town of Andes is charming and a must visit destination if you stay at this home. Looking forward to coming back!

for those wanting a serene vacation

This cabin is the perfect mix of rustic and modern, complete with hand-hewn chesnut beams and washer/dryer/dishwasher. Very quiet, remote location better for lazy days of relaxation than for zipping around the Thruway. Incredible value. We'll return again and again.

Very Quiet Neighborhood

Nice property. It was very wet when we were there. It was very wet when we were there. We did enjoy watching the hummingbirds. There were several places around where we could hike and we enjoyed it very much.

Very nice stay!

My family and I had a very nice, relaxing vacation at Bryant's Brook. The house was immaculate! The kids had a great time chasing frogs around the pond, and playing in the large yard. They also loved the creek that runs by out front and the firepit! Thanks to Tim for everything!
