As you make your way up the stairs to the condo, you will find gorgeous palm trees surrounding you. Out on the patio, there is outdoor seating for two. As you enter the front door, you are welcomed by the gorgeous natural light coming through the sliding glass doors. To the right, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen, which boasts everything you need to cook your favorite meals, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. There is a breakfast table that can accommodate up to four comfortably. To the left of the kitchen, you will find the den/office, which offers a large plush couch and a lovely desk for you to set up your home office! To the right, you will find the dining room table which can accommodate up to six comfortably. The living room has two large leather couches, a 55” Smart TV, and access to the balcony. The balcony has seating for two and is the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee.

Next to the living room, you will find the master bedroom. This room boasts a king-size bed and plenty of dresser and closet space for your personal belongings. Attached is the master bathroom, which has a gorgeous dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 32” Smart TV. Adjacent, you will find the main bathroom which has a lovely vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Esplanade is a high-end Lifestyle Community among the preserved natural Florida habitat. This Lifestyle Community offers so many amenities you won't need to go anywhere else to have fun. Included are 2 resort-style pools one, with its own Tiki bar, called the Bahama Bar offering a full-service bar and restaurant. Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company. Only domestic pets are permitted. Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Doberman pinchers, Presa Canario, and other dangerous dors as named in the declaration of covenants are prohibited and are not permitted on the property.

When guests arrive they will need to stop at the Amenity Center to pick up membership information/cards and details. Membership cards are $20/person and are not included in the booking price. This is paid directly to Esplanade by the guest.
