Just a 5-minute walk to Watson’s Gap, and only 170 metres to the swimming beach, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to seaside adventures. Surf lovers and foodies will appreciate the easy 350-metre stroll to Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club & Restaurant. The property is located on the coastal bikeway with easy access to Victor & Port Elliot.

Inside, the home is light, airy and thoughtfully appointed. Relax in the air-conditioned living area with a large L-shaped lounge and Smart TV, perfect for winding down after a day in the sun.
