It is a small cozy place to relax in a very quiet neighborhood, convenient to restaurant and public transportation. It's a ideal place for a single person or couple. I recommend this place, it's close to the airport.

Very convenient for public transportation, designated parking spot, and affordable. Noise does not bother me but be prepared for street and other noise if you are sensitive to sound. It's not loud by any means but, it is an urban environment. Would stay there again.

The location was great! We took the bus downtown and it was super convenient to have a stop right outside. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and the room was clean and had everything we needed for our two-night stay.

Nice room the listing showed everything that was given which was great, communication with the owner was easy and fast, however maybe a neighbour or someone next door, we heard trying to cough up their stomach/lungs for 45 minutes which was a bit gross. Overall nice stay minus the person fighting for their life! 9/10 would recommend.

This was a very convenient location with a bus stop right outside. Because it is on a busy street, there was a lot of traffic noise, but I wore ear plugs to sleep. The room was incredibly hot (27 degrees) and opening the windows was not enough. There were also no screens on the windows so I ended up sharing the room with an a couple of ants, a spider, and a crane fly. As others have mentioned, the walls etc are thin so you can hear others in the house. Dedicated parking space in the back, and good communication by the host. Great bang for buck.

Overall a nice stay and for a reasonable price compared to nearby options. Location is ideal and central. The traffic noise wasn’t too bad honestly, we kept the windows shut while we were sleeping and in the unit. Private dedicated parking space is a big bonus for sure, we didn’t feel we had to worry about our vehicle!The pillows were a bit flat and uncomfortable, and the shower is in need of a Reno. I’d suggest packing your own pillows if possible, and bring shower sandals. To be clear this is not a completely private suite, there are people living upstairs so you will hear some noise. Overall though very nice little suite if you’re looking for a good place on a budget

Very clean. My only main issues were the fact that it was a little bit loud in the morning because of the door communicating with their main living area. Also, i could not find the switch to turn off the light that stayed on all night in my room. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

Overall, a great spot. It was clean. Communication with the host was amazing. Cheap and fast transit literally right outside, and many stores/restaurants in walking distance. The only two things I would have liked to know ahead of time…although I likely still would have stayed… there is no A/C, and it was quite warm. You can open windows, but there is a lot of road noise. I found that relaxing, but I know it bothers some. The walls are paper thin. The neighbors woke me up at like 1 or 2 am. Again, not dealbreakers for me, but I felt it was worth mentioning. Overall I would stay again, and enjoyed my experience and the area it is in.

Thanks for your review! I think you meant to say there is NO Kitchen (which is accurate). We do have a fridge and microwave though and you can ask us if you need some dishes/utensils.
