Why be stuck in the snow and cold when you can escape to our beautiful home in sunny Naples Florida? Vanderbilt Beach is only minutes away by car, bike or foot. After the sunset, you can make dinner in your own kitchen or barbeque under the poolside lanai. Several grocery stores are nearby as are numerous fine restaurants, including those at the Mercado – an upscale shopping and dining complex complete with movie theaters. Don’t leave town without making a reservation at USS Nemo’s – consistently voted the best sea food restaurant in southwest Florida. During the day you can stay home and enjoy the privacy and seclusion of your very own large heated backyard pool. If you prefer to catch the sun at the beach, you have several options. You can bike to the beach in a few minutes or you can drive with your family to the beach and load up your cooler, beach chairs, towels, and beach toys and umbrellas provided for you at the house.
As to the home itself, an open and attractive décor awaits you. This spacious and tranquil 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has vaulted ceilings & about 2000 sq. ft., plenty of space for everyone and plenty of bright Florida sunshine. The master suite features a king bed, walk in closet and a separate bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature two twin beds in each and ample closet space. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The open kitchen is complete with granite counters, new appliances and fully stocked with anything you may need (Keurig coffee maker, multi-cup coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, baking pans, cookie sheets, high quality pots/pans, etc.) – for that gourmet meal or poolside snack. For those not preparing the meal, relax with a glass of wine at the bar’s counter seating. If you prefer a more formal meal, a separate dining room awaits you. The large living room features leather sofa’s which are excellent for snuggling in at night and watching your favorite TV shows and sports. In case you need to do some laundry there is also a full indoor laundry room with washer and dryer as well as plenty of additional pantry storage space. As to additional recreation amenities, four bikes are provided, along with poolside basketball net and all the beach goodies you need. This is the perfect getaway for those looking to be close to all that Naples has to offer and enjoy the space and luxury of a gorgeous pool home.
