Those services are operated entirely by Beaver Run Resort, so unfortunately we don't have access to or control over their front desk procedures, shuttle operations, or app. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that the unit was not as well prepared as it should have been during your stay. The basic kitchen items you mentioned should have been stocked in the condo, and we absolutely would have been happy to bring those items over had we known they were missing. We also understand your frustration with the screen door, especially during a warmer summer stay. While screens can certainly be helpful, bugs generally aren’t a significant issue here, and many properties in the mountains don’t have screens at all. That said, we understand why having a screen that properly closes is important when there isn’t air conditioning, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re glad you’re willing to give us the benefit of the doubt and that you’re considering returning. We truly appreciate your continued love for Beaver Run and hope to welcome you back for many more Colorado stays!
