Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a drip coffee pot, comfortable living spaces, an in-unit washer and dryer, a 55" Roku TV, and reliable fiber internet for streaming or remote work. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds for a restful night's sleep.

The chalet’s rustic lodge-style design creates a warm mountain atmosphere, while large windows and multiple deck spaces bring the outdoors in. One queen bedroom is located in the loft and accessed by a spiral staircase, adding to the chalet’s unique mountain character. Please note that the spiral staircase may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility concerns.

Step outside and enjoy three separate deck areas — two open-air decks and one covered deck — perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply relaxing in Adirondack chairs while overlooking peaceful woodlands. Fire up the propane grill for an easy outdoor dinner after a day of exploring.

Conveniently located just minutes from the Pine Mountain Trail, Callaway Gardens, Dowdell's Knob scenic overlook, and historic Warm Springs, this chalet offers easy access to hiking, sightseeing, nature, and local history while providing a quiet retreat to come home to. Parking is available for up to three vehicles. Please note that parking for the third vehicle requires blocking another parked vehicle. For arrival purposes, the physical address is 205 Royal Lodge Circle; however, the chalet itself is identified as Chalet #18 within the community.
