5 Bedroom 4 Bath Private Villa with Own Pool/Spa near Disney & Nature Trails!

Guests enjoy the ability to have their own south facing heated*pool/spa, be minutes to all attractions, yet have the tranquility of the Nature Reserve view out back! Walking trails through that nature reserve right outside the small gated community! Families enjoy having two living rooms and of course the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Families also often enjoy taking beach days to either Atlantic or gulf coast (ie Cocoa Beach about 1.15 hrs away).
Note: *Pool/spa Heat is $40 per day but may be less depending on length of stay.

Why they chose this property

Love this location because it’s only a couple minutes to Target, Hobby Lobby and many other stores, while having a tranquil backyard view of nature! Disney and main attractions are really close too (15-25 minutes depending on traffic.)
