About this property
City Energy in a Well-Established Neighborhood | Full-Size 1BR
When I come to Philadelphia, I want two things: to experience the city’s energy and to have a calm, comfortable place to recharge. This apartment gives me both.
It’s in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood—Fairmount—part of Center City but with its own character. I can walk to museums, parks, and local cafés, yet when I step inside, it feels like home. Not a crash pad, not a hotel room—a real apartment with space to breathe.
Pets are welcome at an additional charge of $50 per pet/per day
What Makes It Unique
Space & Layout: At ~700 sq ft, it’s roomy for a city apartment. The single‑level design means no awkward stairs or lofts—just a natural flow from living room to kitchen to bedroom.
Livability: An open kitchen with an island for coffee or wine, a quiet bedroom for restful nights, and an in‑unit washer/dryer so I can pack light.
Neighborhood Vibe: Fairmount blends city convenience with local charm—tree‑lined streets, neighborhood pubs, and quick access to Center City’s dining and historic landmarks.
Walkability & Access: Museums, parks, and Whole Foods are steps away. SEPTA and rideshare make getting anywhere easy.
The Experience
I wake up in a cozy queen bed, sunlight streaming in. I make coffee in the kitchen, plan my day at the island, and head out to explore the Art Museum, Barnes Foundation, or grab brunch at Bar Hygge. After a day in the city, I come back to a space that feels mine—quiet, comfortable, and stocked with everything I need.
