Beautiful beach property!! This is a wonderful little getaway with an amazing location..right on the beach!! The owners have done a fantastic job decorating and the property is pristine. You will feel right at home. Close location to shops, transportation to the village is easily accessible. I would certainly recommend. We had such a great stay we booked for next year as well!! Thank you to the wonderful owners for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and a great space and location for our girls getaway. The only input I would have is to have some sort of drying rack or more hook to hang beach towels.

We had a wonderful stay in Siesta! This villa was just adorable. Everything was brand new. Kitchen is beautiful! Beds were so comfortable. Only short walk to beach. And two parking spots. Perfect for a golf cart. Would definitely stay here again!!

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The host is fantastic and the place exceeded our expectations. Ryan's communication was terrific and the unit was super clean. I would recommend this rental to anybody! We'll be back! Thank you SO MUCH!

Villa 12 at the Island House was Wonderful! It was exactly as advertised. Me, my husband, our 18 year old and 22 year old all enjoyed our week there. The villa was spacious and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fridge having water and ice was a huge deal for us since we drink a lot of water. The beds were comfortable. We loved the beach and the proximity to the villa. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the sand. We rode the free Breeze to restaurants and shops, which the stop was right in front of our gated complex and ran every 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend staying at Villa 12, it will not disappoint! If we decide to vacation again in siesta Key, we will return here.

Gorgeous villa, super clean and beautifully maintained. Our favorite part was the easy access to the beach—it made the whole trip feel effortless and relaxing.This was a girls’ getaway with four of us, and it truly couldn’t have been better. We had the most wonderful stay and would absolutely come back!
