Welcome to Derby City! Come home to a restful oasis in our charming, safe, quiet Highlands neighborhood. Sparkling clean, beautifully, renovated 3 BR 1 BA home. 2 King Beds, 1 single, new gourmet kitchen, two living areas, large smart TV, electric fireplace, front porch. Close to I-264, all area hospitals, the track, and Bardstown Rd. restaurants/bars.

We have thought of everything for you! Thoughtful touches include blackout blinds, air purifiers, fans, 100% hi-count cotton bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen with commercial gas range. The 3rd bedroom is shotgun style; you walk through it to get to the 2nd King bedroom on the upper level.

We look forward to hosting you in our cozy Derby Retreat!

Charming front porch. Apt connected to house has no shared spaces. Street parking. Close to Downtown and suburban hospitals Churchill Downs, Nulu, Bourbon Trail, 264, Tesla station, and downtown.

Flat $190 utility fee includes electric, A/C, gas heat, water, trash collection and wifi.
