Despite being close to road property is super quiet and dark at night. Perfect house for family or friends. Just 15 minutes for any service you may need (grocery, restaurant, Walmart)

Beautiful property, large backyard was perfect for our dogs! Host replies quickly and great communication and instructions. Firepit in the backyard was beautiful and they supply wood. Beds were clean and comfortable. 3 door garage gives plenty of space for parking. Its very secluded and wooded no neighbors to be seen for those who love the quiet and privacy. About 1 hour from great activities like Greg's caves, Lions head lookout, the Grotto and sunken ships are an hour and half. We did a boat cruise to flowerpot Island. The Georgian Bay gets quite busy and booked up during the summer this place was perfect and not too far from Georgian bay.

The Bognor House is an excellent spot for a short or extended stay. The owner, Deidre, was very clear in her communications and very welcoming. Checking-in was seamless. The house was spotless, had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and was very much as presented online. We didn't have time to use the nice deck overlooking the very large back yard that's surrounded by trees, but we hope to the next time we're there! The property is very private and quiet at night. It's well-situated for trips into Owen Sound, Meaford and surrounding area. We would definitely return to Bognor House.

Bognor house is exactly how it's described! Clean, quiet and serene. A wonderful property that won't disappoint you. Not far from many attractions, including golf, Coffin Ridge, shopping and hiking. We had a wonderful stay.
