About this property
Lake views*Hot Tub*Wood-Stove*Fire-pit* Kayaks*Canoe
Situated directly on the lakefront, this open-concept lakehouse offers a peaceful retreat designed for rest, reflection, and connection with nature in every season. Finished throughout in warm red pine, the cottage features a cozy, authentic atmosphere that adapts beautifully as the landscape changes throughout the year. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors open onto a screened porch with Muskoka chairs, inviting guests to take in sweeping lake views, fresh seasonal air, and ever-changing skies.
Each season brings its own character to the lakehouse. Autumn fills the shoreline with vibrant colour reflected across the water, winter settles into a quiet, snow-covered stillness, spring ushers in returning loons and budding trees, and summer offers long daylight hours, calm evenings by the lake with sunset views. Indoors, the wood-burning stove creates a warm and inviting setting for slow mornings and relaxed evenings, complemented by propane furnace and air conditioning year-round.
For relaxation in any weather, the exclusive-use hot tub is maintained at a soothing 104°F and is available in all seasons—ideal after a snowy walk, a cool autumn afternoon outdoors, or a refreshing paddle on the lake.
Seasonal Outdoor Highlights
• Peaceful lakefront setting with unobstructed water views

A Note on Warmer Months
During warmer weather, guests can enjoy swimming from the sandy, shallow lake entry, paddling by kayak or canoe, and spending quiet evenings on the screened porch watching the sun settle over the water. The lakehouse remains best suited for those seeking a relaxed, unhurried lakefront experience rather than a high-traffic summer destination.
Whether soaking in the hot tub beneath falling snow, snowshoeing along the winter shoreline, enjoying crisp autumn mornings by the lake, or welcoming the renewal of spring, this lakefront escape offers a peaceful and memorable stay throughout the year.
Note: The property is shared with the main house, which is home to a family of three. The Lakehouse, however, is set over 71 metres (approximately 230 feet) away from the main residence, allowing for a comfortable sense of separation and privacy.
The hot tub is private and exclusively for Lakehouse guests, enclosed by a privacy fence for added seclusion. Guests also enjoy exclusive use of the kayaks, canoe, and fire pit associated with the Lakehouse.
Parking is located a short one-minute walk from the Lakehouse. To make arrival and departure easy in all seasons, a wagon or sled is provided at the parking area to assist with transporting luggage and personal belongings.
