In our newly built apartment guests are welcome from now. The beautiful view of the nearby mountains and the royal palaces allows you an unforgettable holiday. In 2011/12, we have the apartment, which is in the district of Berghof in ground floor, newly built and furnished. The apartment is cozy and furnished in Alpine style with high quality vinyl floors in wood look and real wood ceilings. If you have paired with modern comfort a preference for rural furniture, then you are right in my apartment anyway. The apartment is also well suited for seniors, since it lies on the ground floor.

Since the apartment faces south, it offers very bright rooms and sunshine from morning to night.

It has 1 bedroom (with double bed also suitable for tall people, as no foot), a living room with dining area and kitchenette, with generous amenities, and shower / toilet (accessible from the bedroom), free Wifi, SAT. TV (flat screen), a relaxation chair with massage function, radio and carport (to close from the street) are also available. The bedroom is separated by a glass sliding door from the kitchen. The apartment is located in a side street of the local part Berghof in southern hillside. Our house has a large natural garden invites for sunbathing and barbecuing. On request, a cot and high chair can be made available. Forget the tedious packing of many little things like washing up liquid / roll-up tabs, coffee filters, baking paper, tea towels or toilet paper. Everything is there.
The most important service industries (bakery, health food store, butcher, bank, doctor, dentist, car repair shop, restaurants) are nearby.
Arrival from 15 clock and departure until 10 clock. Earlier arrival or later departure are possible in agreement with landlord, if on the same day no other guests arrive or depart.
For golfers: Within 60 km there are 9 golf courses, the next very beautiful and challenging course is at Lechbruck in about 13 km (GC Auf der Gsteig). There, every guest player is welcome.
