This property ismisrepresented on the rental site, unsafe and run down. There is black mold in the bedrooms. Lawn furniture and folding chairs provided as living room furniture and lacks basic supplies like paper towels, kleenex and bath mat. The walls and door have damage and there is zero art on the walls. There is no TV.The check in process is confusing and also requires entering and unlocked apartment to get the keys and elevator fob. Staying her was worse that being in a college dorm room.
