Given the wrong room , different than what we paid for, finally got to this room and pictures do not reflect true aspects of it. Comforter had a huge stain on it , couch was dirty and grimy, pull down bed sheets were stained and dirty, sheets and mattress in side bedroom had stains, table was sticky, air conditioner did not work and had to call maintenance. Had to buy an air mattress for my son to sleep on because everything was that gross. We only stayed for two nights and it was the WORSE two nights of our lives. Will never stay there again or recommend to anyone. If I could give negative stars I would! Awful start to our vacation!

We regret the room assignment issue as well as the cleanliness concerns you encountered, including the linens, furniture, and overall condition of the space. Additionally, we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning not working properly and the need for maintenance during your stay.

Pro's: easy check in, quick host response to concerns, beach chairs left in property, property was clean, updated kitchen.Con's: No washer and dryer in unit as advertised, none even available on property, I ended up having to go buy more clothes. 3 of the jets in the jetted tub in the king bedroom don't work, the king bed was so uncomfortable, literally sleeping on springs. The linens included a total of 5 towels between the 3 bathrooms, not enough for 7 days especially with the inability to do laundry. The couch was so worn out, the cushions sunk below the frame of the couch when sat on. There was a broom in the unit, but no dustpan, I ended up buy a dustpan and leaving it in the unit. I also bought scissor's and left them in the unit. The heat/AC unit in the room with the two beds was so loud it sounded like an airplane taking off, couldn't leave it on at night. No ability to turn the hall light off between until 39/40, therefore you needed to close the door between the units (not ideal with children).
