Immaculately presented 3brm x 1 (three way) bathroom with lovely bush / parklike setting.
House has fully ducted air-conditioning, full kitchen with oven, gas stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and soap pan pots and fry pans.
All linen, quilts and blankets are included.

This property has a lovely quiet bush outlook and atmosphere with beautiful gardens. It is located less than 10 mins to Forrester's & Shelly beaches. 5 mins to Mingara Resort and Tumbi Umbi shops, 10 mins to Tuggerah shops and Westfields.

This property has is all- feel like your in nature but stay in comfort close to everything!
