In winter it is pretty cold. In summer it is probably very pleasant with the breeze from the canals. A 3 fin oil radiator didn't heat very much at all downstairs. A decent radiator for each downstairs room in winter would be a very good addition.The house itself is looking a bit jaded - some mismatched and dated bathroom fittings.
