This two-level home is built for both togetherness and privacy: A showpiece main level on the upper floor for hosting and indoor–outdoor living, plus a lower level with a second kitchen and two private guest suites. The guest suites are accessed from both the downstairs kitchen and via private deck entries off the beach path for a boutique-hotel feel. The Main Level of Sapphire:

The Upstairs Kitchen:
Open, bright, and genuinely gourmet, the upstairs kitchen is designed for real cooking and real entertaining. The island bar counter keeps everyone together with comfortable seating—perfect for morning coffee, grazing lunches, and pre-dinner champagne. High-end appliances and smart extras (including dishwasher and air fryer) make it as functional as it is beautiful.
The “Drunk Monkey” Wet Bar:
This is the house's personality in one corner: the famed “Drunk Monkey” wet bar, wrapped in iconic blue-and-white wallpaper featuring whimsical monkeys sipping cocktails, with a quartz counter, brass sink, wine fridge, and a proper martini setup. It's a built-in ritual—shake, pour, toast, repeat.

The Ocean Deck Suite
The suite features a king bed, bamboo work desk, a 55” plasma TV and a luxurious en suite bath with a large walk-in shower. The Ocean Deck Suite opens to a private deck through large sliding doors. The deck has a private outdoor shower, conversation seating with a firepit, and an outdoor dining table. The Ocean Deck Suite connects seamlessly to the beach path, so guests can come and go privately.
