For everyone's safety the HOA requires the following before check in:
A photo ID with name, photo and address for the responsible adult staying at the property. (ID for all adults are required if a stay is over 28 days)
Make & model of any cars parked overnight on the property.
Signed waiver & community information sheet for all adults aged 18 and over.
There is a lower level with a separate studio apartment that is rented to longer term tenants. Attached door between units is double locked on each side (like connecting hotel room doors). Grill is set on the lower level patio, a shared space between both units.
At the end of July when the water gets warmer the lake “blooms” with algae. Please judge our place on the accommodations, we cannot control the water quality and the HOA prioritizes a natural shoreline. Our kids swim off the dock and love being in the water, but if your kids are used to swimming pools they may not like to swim here. Always wear water shoes. The HOA has bonus lakeside amenities available for guests and residents on a first come first serve basis, but it is not a resort and these amenities can't be guaranteed to be available.
