The size of car space is 2.1 m hight and 2.5 m width. Please make sure your car is smaller than the space.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the room as well as swimming pool, gym and BBQ areas in the building. Please refrain from contacting the reception of the building as their role DOES NOT encompass Airbnb guest support and feel free to contact the hosts instead.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: we provide one set of fob and key per guest group like any other apartments in Airbnb. We provide one set of towel per person per stay.



— Key Polices —

For security reasons, the key collection staff will request a valid personal ID for verification. This building policy applies to guests from all platforms, not just Airbnb. Thank you for your understanding.



Please note if you lost your key, there will be a $350 fee to get a new set (including labour fees) for the apartment.



Please note If you need someone to open the door because you lock yourself out, it will cost $200 to open the door.



— Sofa bed —

Please note: the sofa bed is available and will only be prepared for groups of 7 to 8 guests. For groups of up to 6 guests, additional bedding will not be provided. If your group has fewer than 6 guests and you require use of the sofa bed and its bedding, an additional bedding fee will apply. Please check with your host for details.



— Kitchen Drawers —

Please note that these drawers are equipped with a soft-close mechanism that requires a bit of gentle force to close properly. If you find a drawer isn’t closing, avoid pushing it forcefully. Instead, closing it again with a little push. You may need to do this a few times until you get the feel for the right amount of force. Thank you for your understanding!



— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.



For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.

— No shoes indoor —

This is the permanent home of the owner of the house, as per the house rule - please remove your shoes at the entrance to maintain cleanliness and hygiene indoors. We do provide indoor slippers but feel free to bring your own ones.



— Use of the bathroom —

Please note, due to frequent bathroom use by large groups, the shower drain may occasionally become blocked by hair during longer stays. If you notice water starting to build up in the bathroom, please stop using it immediately and contact the hosts.



Failure to report the issue may result in water damage to the carpet and timber flooring, and any necessary repairs may be charged to the guest.
