Hilltop Muskoka Cottage - Newly renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 full baths.

Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath cottage right on Lake Muskoka, 10 minutes outside Gravenhurst. Amazing swimming waterfront. Front deck has high top table that seats 6, plus 2 Muskoka chairs to relax in. BBQ with lots of propane. Access to your own dock. Water front is shared with other cottage owners on the compound. Only 10 minutes from Gravenhurst. All linens, towels, and cleaning supplies come with the rental. 2 kayaks also available to paddle around in the lake. There is a raft you can swim out too.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

There is a lock box at the top of the stairs which is where you will get the key and leave it once you check out.

Wifi and all other instructions are on the fridge door.

Please insure that you lock the lid on the outside garbage bin so the animals do not get into it. Only clear garbage bags are to be used for garbage. Call/text your host if you have any quesitons.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
