About the host
Hosted by Tom King
Hi, I’m Tom. I’m a Mandurah local who really enjoys the relaxed coastal lifestyle and everything the waterways here have to offer. I run a local family business and take a lot of pride in keeping the property clean, well presented and comfortable for guests.
Hosting gives me the opportunity to share this beautiful part of Mandurah with visitors from all over. I want guests to feel at home, relax by the water and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
I’m always happy to help with local tips for fishing, crabbing, boating, restaurants or things to do around town, and I aim to make every stay easy, comfortable and enjoyable.

Why they chose this property
Mariners Cove in Dudley Park is one of the most peaceful and beautiful canal areas in Mandurah. What I love most is the relaxed waterfront lifestyle — watching boats pass by, fishing or crabbing from the jetty, and occasionally seeing dolphins swim through the canals.
The location is also perfect because it’s quiet and scenic but still very close to everything. The Mandurah foreshore, cafés, restaurants, cinema and shopping are only a few minutes away, and you can even reach the foreshore by boat directly from the canals.
It’s a great mix of tranquility and convenience, which is why so many guests love staying here.

What makes this property unique
What makes this property special is the direct canal frontage with a private jetty, allowing guests to fish, crab, kayak, swim or tie up their own boat right at the house.
The home is also all on one level, making it comfortable and easy for families or groups to enjoy. Outside there is a beautiful Bali-style garden oasis and waterfront entertaining area with BBQ, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset over the canal.
Guests also love that dolphins occasionally pass through the canals, and the Mandurah foreshore is just a short drive — or boat ride — away.
It’s a peaceful waterfront retreat where you can truly unwind while still being close to everything Mandurah has to offer.
