The location is hard to beat—you’ll be less than 100 steps or so from the beach and only a short stroll from restaurants, bars, shops, and kid-friendly activities. It’s a smart, budget-friendly option for enjoying the best of South Padre Island without sacrificing convenience that is great for families
The Space * This is a 2nd floor unit in a small, quiet 4-plex, offering an easy and relaxed stay which will require the use of stairs * Cozy yet small backyard pool shared by just these 4 condos * Clean and functional with all-tile floors and high ceilings. This is a great value that represents affordability but it a tad dated inside. * Eat-in kitchen counter plus a corner-bench dining nook, ideal for meals or board games * The condo includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and can host up to 8 guests, including babies and toddlers. Sleeping arrangements work best when some guests are children. Bedrooms & Sleeping Setup * Primary bedroom: King bed + private en-suite bathroom * Guest bedroom: Full-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle * Living room: Standard couch (not a sleeper) + queen airbed available — please bring bedding if you plan to use the airbed
Kitchen & Amenities The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dinnerware so you can cook and save during your stay. You’ll also have an in-unit washer and dryer, perfect for families and longer visits. (Note: There is no dishwasher however) We welcome BBQ grills if you wish to bring—please grill in front of the building, not near the pool since that area is shared. You’ll also find: Fresh, clean towels and linens A Starter set of toiletries like soaps and trash bags (though not unlimited or replenished) Coffee, filters, creamer, sweetener, tea, cooking spray, salt & pepper (also not restocked mid-stay)
For stays 3+ nights, you may exchange towels and linens for free at our office at South Padre IslandTrips at 2600 Padre Blvd which is Open 7 days a week and we do feature 24/7 phone support—a rarity among local hosts.

CVS conveniently nearby for quick essentials For excellent lunch & dinners Nautico is nearly across the street—great food and drinks plus also an Easy walk to Meatball Café for Italian, Café Karma for coffee, Grapevine (gluten-friendly), Longboards for late night eats & live music (family friendly) , Tequila Sunsets, and the famous seafood buffet at Louie’s Backyard
Gravity Park with go-karts and mini golf just down the road—kids love it If you’re traveling with a group, we manage all 4 condos in this building and can help you reserve multiple units. Layouts and interiors are nearly identical.
Condition & Management This condo is older and not remodeled, but it is clean, functional, well-kept, and an excellent value for families wanting space and walkability. It is professionally cleaned and maintained by South Padre Island Trips, the most reliable management company on the island. Property has 2 off-street parking spaces included for the condo and Up to two pets allowed with fee (please request in advance and fee applies) Pets may not enter the pool area and may not be left alone to bark We offer significant off-season discounts (Sept 15–Dec 15), plus special pricing for veterans and active-duty military. To comply with city rules, all guests must sign a short rental agreement and provide a photo ID after booking. This Agreement is e-signed and emailed to you. Once completed, we’ll issue your electronic door cod on day of check in Door codes are texted to the phone on file by 3 pm on arrival day We cannot release codes earlier so cleaning and parking remain on schedule If you’re hoping for early check-in, contact us around 1 pm on arrival day—we’ll accommodate if we can.
