The condo was beautifully decorated. Kathy, the host, responded to my questions in a timely manner. Check-in instructions were clear and seamless. Stairs were a challenge due to my age, but that was not Kathy's fault.

Nice, Clean Property Near the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was roomy and nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. Somehow we couldn't get the dishwasher to run after we loaded in the dishes. We were a little surprised to find out that there were no hand shower wands nor exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Initially we couldn't unlock the door when we got there at 10pm because we had received the wrong code. We contacted Cathy the owner and she promptly provided the correct code that enabled us to unlock the door successfully. Overall, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable!

Amazing Vacation

This home was perfect for our needs. It was right off the beach and next to a local shop that made it easy to walk everywhere. The homes location was the least of it, the beds were super comfortable and everything was super clean from the get go. A definite place we plan to return too.

Family Getaway

We loved the decor and huge kitchen with our teen boys. The location was near the pool and beach. I suggest bringing a small fan for the room and living area it gets warm at night.

We believe South Padre Island has the Prettiest and Best Groomed Beach in Texas. This property is located in very close proximity to the many restaurants, sports bars, and beach activities. YET, extremely relaxing and quiet. We are located steps away from the beach

What makes this property unique

The Grounds on the Tiki Property are beautiful, lush, and Tropical. Exactly what you would expect in a Beach Resort. Such Different views during the day and night. Day brings fresh flowers, plants, and paths to enjoy, and at night the beautiful landscape lighting brings another amazing view of the grounds.

The Heated pools are available all year; yes even in December they are enjoyed by owners and guests.
