Bachelor Basement Suite - FIFA World Cup Accommodation - Sleeps 6!

This is the basement of an old house in Cedar Cottage neighborhood of East Vancouver.
As you can see in the photos the basement in unfinished in some areas and the floorboards are a bit uneven in the bedroom. Just be aware of that.

The bedroom can be setup with 1 or 2 queen beds. There is also a folding single cot and the sectional couch, so could potentially sleep up to 6 people.

Television includes IPTV with Canadian, American, UK, European TV packages, PPV, etc.

Laundry area, kitchenette area. Dishwasher if you are staying more long term. Small bathroom with stand up shower.

Enter through the rear lane gate. Large private backyard with private patio area and fully pet friendly.

8 min drive to downtown vancouver and BC Place stadium which will hold World Cup games. Also transit bus is right outside.

I live upstairs with my dog and cats.

Car park in back for your vehicle with level 2 electric car charging.
