This home is a large, unique historical home. However, we found issues with cleanliness , kitchen equipment and poor maintenance. Some examples wood be; a nice pool table with no usable pool cues. Old cookware that was broken, burnt falling apart. No drip coffee maker. Door handle missing on a bedroom door. Glass panes stored in bedroom. See through blinds on street side bathroom. And saving the worst for last, bed sheets covered in black hair. I have pictures of all of this.
