The Trout House - Turangi Holiday Home

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear there was some confusion around the arrival information and property access details. Upon investigation, we found that the arrival instructions and key collection information had been sent to the personal email address associated with the booking. However, an automatic out-of-office response was received indicating that the email account was unattended at the time. We also attempted to contact you by phone, but unfortunately were unable to connect. To ensure you still received the necessary information, the arrival details were subsequently sent through the VRBO messaging portal, along with Bachcare contact numbers should any further assistance have been required. We appreciate your feedback, as a smooth arrival experience is incredibly important, and we will continue looking for ways to improve our communication processes. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards, Kenneth Reputations & Resolutions Team
